The price of your ACA plan depends on many factors:
1) Your Age,
2) Number of people being covered,
3) Your modified adjusted income,
4) Your history of smoking and
5) Your zip code.
For that reason the Federal Application is a two part process. First you will click on your state and fill out the paper application and FAX it in. Then you will be contacted to let you know if you qualify for subsidies. You will then be able to know your customized cost and can select a plan within your budget.
